Please read through our terms and conditions for concrete pump hire services. We're committed to providing clear and fair terms for all our customers.
Early Start Charges
Start time before 7am incurs a charge of £50 per hour.
Concrete Delivery Timing
We cannot be held responsible for concrete deliveries that arrive before the Operator is set up and ready.
Hire Duration
Your hire starts upon arrival to site and ends when wash out is completed and we have left site.
Priming Requirements
Cement is required for priming the pipes. A pump primer can be provided at £12 per pack.
Wash Out Area
Please ensure an adequate wash out area is provided. A sealed bund or waste ground area within the site would be an ideal wash out area.
Surface Protection
We suggest visqueen for protection in and around the concrete pumping area in case of any spillages.
Equipment Moves
Once pipes are set up, if a move is required then you are responsible for the additional move.
Cancellation Policy
Our cut-off for confirmed orders is 12:00 Noon, 24 hours or 1 full working day before. Failure to do so will incur cancellation charges.
Order Confirmation
Orders must be confirmed via email or telephone in order to be confirmed and received. Text messages and voicemails are not valid forms of confirmation.
CPA Standard Terms & Conditions
All hires are subject to the CPA Model Conditions for the Hiring of Plant and the CPA Supplementary Conditions for Concrete Pumping. These are the industry-standard terms that define the responsibilities of both the Owner and the Hirer. You can download and read the full documents below.
